Who oversees the e-Psûle project?
e-Psûle is developed by the Kurdistan Regional Government and officially approved by the Central Bank of Iraq (CBI).
Which types of bills can I pay through e-Psûle?
You can pay bills issued by e-Psûle's biller partners such as the Ministry of Electricity.
What types of electricity payments are supported?
You can pay 2 MOEL services:
- Current outstanding balance, which represents your post Runaki dues
- Legacy debt, which represents your pre-Runaki dues
Which payment channels are available?
You can pay your bills via:
- e-Psûle's wallet partners: FastPay, AsiaPay, and NassWallet
- e-Psûle's bank partners: FIB, Cihan, and NBI
All channels are officially approved by the Central Bank of Iraq. Additional channels will be added in the future.
e-Psûle currently supports digital payments only. If you prefer to pay in cash, you may pay directly at biller offices.

You can make payments against any account / bill number, including payments on behalf of others.
Can I pay in installments or partially?
You can pay partially or in installments if this is supported by the biller.
No extra fees apply when you pay via e-Psûle.
Does e-Psûle make automatic deductions?
No automatic withdrawals are made from your account. Payments are processed only with your prior consent and authorization.
